CASABADI is not a UAE-regulated law firm, and our Services do not constitute UAE-regulated legal advice. Instead, our role is to provide commercial insights, risk analysis, and practical guidance based solely on the documents you upload.
Our Services are used by individuals, professionals, SMEs, and businesses inside and outside the UAE.
3. What Our Services Include

All reviews are based exclusively on the documents you submit. Deliverables are provided digitally via email unless otherwise stated.
4. How the Platform Works
To use CASABADI’s Services, you will:

Once payment is received, your order is assigned to a senior lawyer. You are responsible for uploading the correct and complete version of your contract.
5. Scope of Review & Deliverables
5.1 Standard Review
A standard contract review includes:

5.2 Add-On Services

5.3 Supporting Documents & Limitations
Our fixed fee covers the primary contract only. If your contract refers to schedules, annexures, policies, or side documents, we may require them to complete a meaningful review. Additional documents are not included in the fixed price unless they are very limited and directly linked.
If additional documents add complexity or time, we will inform you of any additional fees before proceeding.
CASABADI reviews documents as provided. We do not verify factual accuracy, commercial truthfulness, or intentions of the other party.
5.4 Nature of the Review
Our review provides commercial guidance, not legal representation or UAE-regulated legal advice. We do not provide due diligence, enforceability assessments, or legal opinions.
6. Turnaround Times
6.1 Standard Review
Standard reviews are delivered within three (3) business days, starting from the moment payment is confirmed and a correct, readable document is uploaded.
6.2 Urgent Review
Urgent Review is an optional add-on offering prioritised turnaround:

Orders placed before 1:00pm UAE time (Mon–Fri) are delivered same business day

Orders placed after 1:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are delivered next business day
If a document is incorrect, unreadable, incomplete, or requires clarification, the urgent timeline begins only once the correct document is received.
For unusually long or complex documents, CASABADI may adjust the urgent timeline or refund the urgent fee while proceeding under standard delivery.
7. Your Responsibilities
By using our Services, you confirm that:

You will not upload malicious or harmful files

You will not use the platform for unlawful or prohibited activities
8. Professional Limitations
CASABADI does not:

Provide UAE-regulated legal advice

Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, or disputes

Draft contracts from scratch unless separately arranged

Guarantee contract outcomes, enforceability, or negotiation success
All recommendations are based on professional commercial judgment, experience, and the content of the documents you upload.
9. Fees & Payments
All fees are listed in AED and payable upfront through Shopify or approved payment providers.
Any bank, currency conversion, or third-party processing fees are your responsibility.
Add-on services increase the total price accordingly.
10. Refund Policy
Because our work involves professional time and expertise, all completed or in-progress reviews are non-refundable.
You may request cancellation within two (2) hours of payment only if work has not yet begun. Refund decisions are made at CASABADI’s discretion.
11. Confidentiality
All uploaded documents are treated with strict confidentiality.
Only the professionals necessary to fulfil your order will have access to your documents.
We do not share document content externally unless required by law.
12. Intellectual Property
All written summaries, review notes, recommendations, and amendments prepared by CASABADI remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited licence to use these deliverables for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publish CASABADI materials without permission.
13. Disclaimer
CASABADI is a business consulting platform that provides commercial, strategic and contract-focused review services to startups, SMEs and professionals. Our services are designed to help clients better understand contractual documents from a commercial and business risk perspective.
