How quickly do you respond to messages?
We reply to all inquiries as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. Messages are handled in the order they are received.
How long does a contract review take?
Once your order is placed and the correct document is uploaded, your review will be delivered within 3 business days (standard turnaround).
Urgent reviews:

Can I make changes after placing my order?
Yes - if work has not yet begun. If you need to update your document or instructions, email us immediately with your order number. Once the review has started, changes may require an additional fee.
How do I receive my completed review?
All deliverables are sent digitally via email. You’ll receive your written review (and any add-ons, such as tracked amendments) as an attached file or secure download link.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), and Text-based documents.
If your file type is unusual, please contact us before placing an order.
Can I include multiple documents in one order?
Yes - but only if they form part of the same agreement (e.g., a contract plus one schedule).
If the documents are unrelated, lengthy, complex, or require reviewing several attachments, additional fees may apply.
Email us beforehand if you’re unsure.
What if I need my contract reviewed urgently?
You can select the Urgent Review add-on at checkout.

If we cannot meet the urgent timing due to document complexity or volume, we’ll let you know immediately and adjust or refund the urgent fee.
What if I’m not satisfied with the review?
If you believe something was missed, contact us within 7 days. We will recheck the document and make any necessary corrections at no extra cost.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only if work has not yet started. Once your review is underway, cancellations are no longer possible due to the professional time involved.
